Od Arts Festival

About Od Arts Festival

Od Arts Festival brings contemporary art into the villages of East and West Coker, near Yeovil, and takes its name from the Od, a crooked stream that winds between the two. Artworks, films and performances appear in churches, village halls, old industrial buildings and historic houses, inviting visitors to wander from one to the next.

Run by the community arts organisation OSR Projects, the festival grows out of a longer programme of artist-led workshops, walks, talks and residencies, so the work on show is shaped by local people and places. The result is a thoughtful, welcoming weekend of new ideas set in the Somerset countryside.
