OutCider is a small, adults-only festival at Fernhill Farm, high on the Mendips near Compton Martin, built around real West Country cider and original live music. Capacity is kept deliberately low, which gives it a friendly, everyone-knows-everyone feel and a refreshingly no-frills spirit.

A packed bill of original bands plays across two alternating stages, so there is little waiting between sets. Tent camping is included in the ticket, and the festival is for over-18s only, with no dogs on site. It suits music fans who would rather discover new bands than chase big headliners, and cider lovers looking for a relaxed weekend on a hilltop farm.
