BlueTone Festival is Taunton's weekend of jazz, blues, soul and funk, held in Vivary Park in the heart of the town. It brings big-name headliners to Somerset, with past bills featuring acts such as Corinne Bailey Rae, Incognito and Roachford, and keeps a relaxed, picnic-friendly feel throughout.

The park setting makes things easy-going, with space to spread out on the grass a short walk from the town centre, so it suits couples, families and groups of friends looking for a laid-back day of music. Day tickets and full weekend passes are available, with advance passes priced below the gate rate, so it pays to book ahead if you plan to come for the whole weekend.
